March 30th 10am start:

  • 10am Opening welcome – PhenomUK update
  • 10:15am           1st Keynote speaker – Pascal Neveu, French National Institute for Agriculture, Food, and Environment (INRAE)                                          Data management
  • 10:45am           Break for 15 mins 
  • 11:00am           2nd Keynote speaker – Prof Simon Pearson, Director of LIAT/Professor of Agri-Food Technology

Opportunities and barriers to robotic field phenotyping. Simon will discuss the ongoing work at Lincoln to develop key                           infrastructure to unlock field whole crop robotic phenotyping at scale (100’s of plots per day). The includes the                                              development of the robot platforms, integration of sensors and telecommunications necessary to move data”
